Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: India

Responsibilities:

1. Design develop and maintain customized solutions within the Salesforce platform focusing on APEX Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Sales Cloud.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document requirements for Salesforce enhancements and customizations.
3. Build and optimize Salesforce workflows triggers and automation processes to streamline business operations.
4. Develop Lightning components and leverage Lightning Design System for a seamless user experience.
5. Customize Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide realtime insights into sales performance and other key metrics.
6. Implement and integrate thirdparty applications and tools as needed.
7. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve issues providing timely support to endusers.
9. Stay current with Salesforce updates releases and new features to recommend and implement improvements.
10. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement integrated solutions that align with business objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in APEX Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Sales Cloud.
3. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II certification is highly desirable.
4. Familiarity with declarative development tools such as Process Builder Flow and Lightning App Builder.
5. Strong understanding of Salesforce security models and best practices.
6. Experience with Sales Cloud configuration including custom objects validation rules and workflows.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certification.
2. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Community Cloud.
3. Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ (Configure Price Quote) is a plus.
