Overview:
The Salesforce Developer plays a crucial role in our organization responsible for developing and customizing the Salesforce platform to meet the companys specific needs. This role is essential in driving business growth and ensuring seamless operations through the implementation of efficient and innovative Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for custom development
- Design develop test and deploy highquality solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex Visualforce and Lightning components
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and thirdparty applications using APIs and web services
- Create and maintain documentation related to Salesforce configuration custom code and integrations
- Optimize and tune code for improving performance and scalability
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure best practices and high code quality
- Support continuous improvement by investigating and implementing new technologies and development processes
- Provide technical expertise and support during Salesforce development initiatives
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to analyze Salesforce capabilities and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Salesforce configuration and custom development
- Stay current with Salesforce releases features and best practices to ensure the ongoing optimization of Salesforce solutions
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and other developers to deliver cohesive effective solutions
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle utilizing Agile methodologies
- Contribute to the overall architecture and design of Salesforce applications and solutions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce development
- Proficiency in Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components and declarative development tools
- Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems and databases using REST/SOAP APIs JSON and other technologies
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model security model and limitations of the platform
- Experience with Salesforce DX sourcedriven development and version control systems
Minimum 6 years of relevant years of Salesforce development experience.
Proficient in Apex covering synchronous and asynchronous processing triggers and test
classes.
Strong understanding and expertise in both Aura Components and Lightning Web
Components (LWC).
Skilled in integration methodologies such as REST and SOAP.
Adherence to best coding practices and streamlined deployment processes.
