Qualification: B.Tech./MCA, BCA in Computer Science or equivalent

Experience: 3-5 Years

Skills:

1. Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
2. Design and implement Salesforce workflows, process builder flows, validation rules, and custom objects to support business processes.
3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and propose innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform.
4. Configure and customize Salesforce applications, including user interface customization, page layouts, and reports.
5. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.
6. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
7. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications, addressing issues and implementing enhancements as needed.
8. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices, and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
9. Document technical designs, solutions, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain system documentation.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA testers, and project managers to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions on time and within budget.
