Job Skills:
1) Good experience working with business and requirement gathering. Who can interact with businesses and get information
2) Should be able to challenge business basis his/her SF knowledge and suggest the best option
3) Should be able to drive demos with business
3) Admin Certified and familiar with SF Admin Configuration part. Good to have handson development experience in the Service Cloud
4) Service Cloud (must) and Sales Cloud (good to have) Certified.
5) Good to have user experience knowledge (edited)
