Salesforce Architect

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Provide expertise on architecture design and development of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Lead technical design sessions and architect scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the Salesforce platform.
• Ensure best practices are followed for the integrations with other systems.
• Participate in the full application life cycle from technical design to development testing and deployment.
• Provide technical direction and guidance to junior team members.
• Manage development teams and provide technical leadership.
• Drive architecture and design reviews for upcoming Salesforce projects.
• Identify and evaluate new Salesforce technologies and thirdparty applications.
• Support the ongoing development and enhancement of the Salesforce platform.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and technical teams.
• Conduct code reviews and provide best practices guidance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• Salesforce Certified System Architect (CSA) certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration options.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration customization and Security Controls.
• Proficient in Salesforce technologies including Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components.
• Experience in data migration and data integration with Salesforce.
• Ability to conduct technical analysis and design for complex projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing is a plus.
