Our new colleague an a Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Loyalty Cloud Administrator plays a key role in using the capabilities of the Loyalty stack by participating in promotion and customer communication setup for various countries and contribute to new features development in related

He/Shewill be responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, improvement of our Salesforce CRM/Loyalty and Marketing Cloud

This memberwill work collaboratively with Business, IT and Software Delivery/Deployment teams to administer, configure and operate our Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Loyalty stack in order to fulfill Business requirements and project

Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement business campaign/promotion requests from the idea submission by business till go-live
    • Set up promotions, vouchers, benefits in SF Loyalty Cloud
    • Create emails, push notifications, inbox messages and set up customer journeys in Marketing Cloud using Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio
  • Communicate continuously and proactively with related business colleagues throughout the whole process, including business support about system capabilities
  • Document the implemented solution, including the UAT test documentation
  • Maintain best practices for Marketing Cloud including troubleshooting, following naming conventions,
  • Participate in Application Management Support which includes solving L3 customer complaints and incidents
  • Work with our institutional management team in operating internal processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the and Marketing Cloud skill set across the organization


Requirements

  • a few years of relevant experience and knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Loyalty Cloud/Service Cloud
  • Certificates are huge advantages - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, Salesforce Administrator
  • HTML, CSS, SQL knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
  • Experience in email marketing and working with clients
  • Proactive mindset, positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership and team mentality
  • Openness to different cultures across CEE
  • Passion for growing your skills, tackling interesting work and challenging problems
  • Fluency in English
