Position Snapshot

Currently HorizonTech Solutions is seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a fulltime remote Salesforce Solution Administrator. Far beyond a onetime project role this position entails a continuous partnership with a single client allowing you to deeply immerse yourself in their business and contribute to the success of some of the most dynamic and rapidly growing companies worldwide.

Qualifications

  • Extensive expertise in Salesforce products covering a broad spectrum including Flow assignment rules approval processes fields page layouts record types dynamic layouts apps actions custom settings mobile administration dashboards and reports.
  • A minimum of 5 years of handson experience in Salesforce Administration specifically with a focus on Sales Cloud.
  • Mandatory certification as a Salesforce Administrator with additional certifications highly coveted.
  • Proven proficiency with JIRA showcasing at least 2 years of experience and the ability to provide expert guidance on user stories.
  • Strong acumen in integration and optimization of business processes.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java JavaScript and Apex is preferred.
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills enabling the ability to work independently or within a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Documenting prowess covering processes error reports and changes to field history tables.
  • Experience in Sandbox and outbound/inbound changeset management.
  • Demonstrable DevOps/release management experience.
  • Academic background with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Highly desirable: Experience with other GoToMarket tools such as DocuSign Gainsight Outreach Gong etc.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in either EST or PST time zones.
