About the Company: VARIANTICO ES is a manufacturing and distribution company specializing in warehouse equipment construction and custom metal structure production. Our company operates within a closed production cycle structure starting from project creation to the final product production. We have several departments including design production procurement sales and logistics.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

80% management of customers and operations in the online store.

20% acquisition of new wholesale customers factories and stores in Germany and Poland.

Guiding customers through the sales process from estimation to product delivery and contract signing.

Managing customer data in the CRM system.

Handling returns and complaints.

Translating website content into German.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Fluency in Ukrainian/Russian.
• At least B1 level of Polish.
• Experience in Ecommerce/Sales/Customer relations/Administration.
• Experience in startups will be a big plus.
• Sales experience with a focus on customer relationship management.
• Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Experience with handling returns and complaints.

Benefits

Salary: up to 20 000 PLN (6000 PLN net base commission of 2%)
