On behalf of one of its clients in the Renewable Energy field the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Sales Team Lead (Solar)
Our client is a solar energy provider committed to delivering sustainable and efficient solar solutions.
They are currently recruiting for the position of Solar Sales Team Lead a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing a team of two Solar Sales Representatives. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and resultsdriven individual with a proven track record of achievement demonstrating qualities such as drive goal orientation and effective team leadership within the solar industry.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 2 Solar Sales Representatives.
Drive the team towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Foster a resultsoriented and collaborative team environment.
Provide guidance support and training to enhance individual and team performance.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize business opportunities.
Generate new business opportunities building relationships and closing sales deals within the solar industry.
Collaborate with Engineering to ensure seamless coordination and achievement of overall company objectives and planned growth.
Monitor and analyze team performance metrics providing regular reports to senior management.

Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing sales teams.

Requirements
Previous experience in solar sales or a related field is highly desirable.
Demonstrated success in a leadership role ideally managing a sales team.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Goaloriented mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Bachelors degree in business or a related field is preferred.
