This is a remote position.

Philippinebased (Filipino) Applicants Only.


An amazing opportunity to work with a dynamic Australian Frozen Pastry Business for an experienced vibrant and highly motivated Sales Support VA .

Reporting to the National Sales Manager/National Supply Chain Manager and working with direction from the team you will be a selfstarting highly organised (and experienced) Sales Support Virtual Assistant.


Responsibilities:
  • Answering Incoming Calls Emailing Messages
  • Customer Complaint Logging of emails/phone calls
  • Customer Complaint Customer Replies and Gift Card Reimbursement emailing
  • Database Hygiene Updating of customer Information in Sage
  • Order Taking and emailing through to the office/or Entry
  • Calling customer for orders
  • COD payment Outbound
  • Any other Adhoc tasks from time to time as directed by employer.


Requirements

  • Degree qualified ()
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in supporting an Australian sales account or client is required
  • Proactive resultsdriven and efficient
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Good attention to detail
  • Highly organised processoriented and organiser of all things
  • Experience in various software including Microsoft Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint) CRM softphone
  • Experience working in various BPO companies is a plus




Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: Php 35000
  • Salary will be paid on a bimonthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
  • You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
  • Probation: 6 months and after Probation:
    a. 10 days annual leave credits
    b. 5 days of sick leave
  • 13th Month Pay after 30 days
  • Annual Appraisal
  • Laptop provided after 30 days
  • Permanent workfromhome role. You will have to use your own internet.
  • SHIFT TIME: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM Philippine time Monday to Friday


Degree qualified (+), Minimum of 1 year of experience in supporting an Australian sales account or client is required Proactive, results-driven, and efficient Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Good attention to detail Highly organised, process-oriented and organiser of all things Experience in various software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), CRM, softphone Experience working in various BPO companies is a plus
