As a Sales Support Specialist you will be tasked with maintaining and updating a comprehensive database of customer order information stored in a shared drive. Your responsibilities will extend to coordinating closely with the purchasing and accounts departments to ensure prompt and accurate fulfillment of orders.


Here s an overview of your future role:
Employment type: Fulltime
Shift: Day Shift Mon Fri 06:00 AM 03:00 PM
Work setup: Permanent WFH Onsite once a month

What do you need to succeed
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience in a Sales Support / Inside Sales role
  • Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to deliver presentations
  • Good working knowledge of health and safety and safety requirements
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a team environment as well as unsupervised
  • Punctual reliable and honest
  • Good problemsolving skills

What awaits you in this role

Sales Order processing

  • Maintaining and updating a database of customer order information in shared drive
  • Coordinating with purchasing and accounts to fulfill orders
  • Following up on urgent orders

Quotations

  • Preparing quotations for Manager and BDM as required
  • Maintain and update a database of correct templates for all correspondence to clients
  • Securing and updating client correspondence in shared drive
  • Uploading data in CRM
  • Follow up on quotes

Costing

  • Preparing basic costing spreadsheets as required

Customer Service

  • Monitoring progress on all sales related activities via follow ups
  • Chasing back orders with internal teams and vendors
  • Communicating with customers regarding previous day orders and details in connote
  • Generating reports for customers as requested

Leadership & Personal Development

  • Foster a strong team culture embrace ASI values and drive a commitment through these to achieve the vision of being recognized as a trusted and innovative solutions provider of choice.
  • Support develop and mentor colleagues to ensure business and operational plans and goals are achieved objectives are communicated and implemented effectively.
  • Assess individual performance and development and find ways of improving
