We re looking to hire a fulltime Sale Support Specialist to join our growing team. Someone who is genuinely excited to attract engage and delight customers at every step of the customer journey.

Our dream candidate is a master of the inbound methodology has a proven track record in customer acquisition and retention and will proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with our services. They will be the first point of contact for potential customers answering customer questions and resolving emerging problems efficiently and politely.


The client is a legal practice built specifically for ambitious companies within the tech and creative industries.



Requirements

  • Committed to following the inbound methodology occasionally having to identify opportunities to enhance sales through upselling and crossselling.
  • Ability to empathise with customers understand their unique circumstances and collaborate with internal teams to provide the best possible solutions.
  • Proven experience in a customerfacing role demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated with a proactive positive attitude.
  • Ability to work within a small team and add value
  • Well spoken and customer centric
  • Have experience working on HubSpot CRM is ideal but candidates MUST have CRM experience
  • Social media management and content generation experience would be advantageous.
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge would be advantageous
  • Tech savvy the client is a tech company.
  • Minimum National Senior Certificate
