Sales Support

Handle Post project handover activities like user training product demonstration closure document.
Meet our customers & conduct service camps efficiently within region aligning with sales.
Maintain service spares & indent stock basis the requirements.
Preparation of Quotation for Service parts / Spares/ Addon Services.
Attend customer calls within Agree SLA OF 24 Hours Meet Customer and Facility Team to Understand issue in Person.
Good Communication Skills to Coordinate Between Manufacturing Plant and Customer Clearly (Written / Oral).
Daily Coordination with delivery team for movement of mockups & monitor the expenses.
Create customer data base for reference & which helps to reach grow the business with service revenue growth.
Proficient in Ms Excel to Prepare Detailed Trackers for all Service Activities Carried out in Market. Maintain Records/
Service History.
Able to Prepare Basic PPT / AMC Documents on Word Etc.
Familiar with Basic Eng Concepts ( Able to Read CAD drawings/ Quality Inspection / Use of Tools)

Education/Experience
Business/related degree or equivalent experience required.
At least 5 plus years experience from service industry Managing Events project coordination/ handle teams in & out
side regions experience to execute with cross functional teams
