The new sales support and event planning rep will serve as an integral part to the growth of our sales team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for sharing our companys story and how our services and products can help inspire and improve the varied work our returning client groups and our new prospective clients engage in. The new rep will employ methodical organisation professional and refined prioritisation skills and an efficient selfinitiative to contribute to the ongoing coordination of special bookings and new B2B events at clueQuest.
Responsibilities
Sales Support responsibilities
You will manage special bookings from start to finish offering excellent customer service throughout including postsale
Youll accurately upsell the companys products by getting to know our live escape games and play at home games and other offerings
You will analyse our existing client base and introduce ways of upselling and crossselling as appropriate
Working independently youll identify potential new clients to target and proactively approach them using memorable and professional methods
Cold calling emailing booking organisers who have started orders but have not finished them leafleting our corporate team voucher puzzles to local businesses in the area represent clueQuest at exhibitions fairs or market stalls
Manage sales (with guidance from the CEO) of three key areas:
Public: You will use innovative sales methods to engage the public encourage the uptake of all clueQuest products and drive footfall
Corporate: You will engage businesses to increase bookings used for team building and staff incentives
New product launch: You will promote our future products in coordination with the marketing lead
Actively develop your market insight to keep on top of consumer trends to spot further potential and growth opportunities and report back on a quarterly basis
Youll work closely with the leadership team and marketing lead to formulate strategies and deliver engagement plans
