Overview:

The Sales Supervisor plays a crucial role in leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. They are responsible for developing sales strategies supervising sales staff and ensuring the efficient operation of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote our brand on the distribution channel to increase sales and brand awareness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors redistributors and retail shops.
Keep up to date with our brand and competitor brands and share relevant information with distribution partners.
Coordinate with distributors redistributors and retail shops to ensure smooth sales and distribution processes.
Consult with NSM and supervisors when facing challenges during sales and distribution.
Ensure that there is proper stock of our brand and maintain accurate stock reports to prevent stock shortages.

Required Qualifications:

  • Intermediate or bachelors degree
  • Proven experience of 7 years for Intermediate level preferably in liquor industry or 2 years for Bachelor in similar role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong understanding of sales principles methods practices and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound decisionmaking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a fastpaced environment.
  • Customerfocused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and ethical standards
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for business meetings and events.
