Sales Specialist Planning Studio

1. Job Description

You will be part of a fullservice planning studio helping customers to make their dream home come true while securing a convenient customer experience from end to end.

You have a strong customer focused mindset and are able to transform the customer needs dreams & frustrations into relevant and smart home solutions.

You convey passion about our clients products and actively learn about their features and benefits and you share this knowledge with customers and colleagues.

You actively offer all the services available in the store to help customers make informed choices which results in a better shopping experience for them.

You ensure you maximize sales whilst maintaining profitability by knowing and actively steering towards the top selling and prioritized products (e.g. overstock).

Together with your manager and the team you ensure that the planning studio is a highly efficient operation and that you serve all customers while minimizing waiting times. You also maintain the planning studio in excellent shape welcoming clean and tidy.

2. Qualifications

Passion to serve customers using all your knowledge of the companys product range and all relevant services (measuring assembly installation transport & finance).

Strong passion for the companys product range related to the planning studio (Kitchens Living Room Storage Wardrobes Bathrooms).

Passion to exceed customer expectations in all aspects of the end to end customer experience of complex purchases.
