Job Description:

As a Sales Specialist at Kabs Technology Solutions you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts through proactive outreach and strategic relationship building. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients engaging with key decisionmakers and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services. The primary focus of this role will involve cold calling potential prospects with a target of up to 50 calls per day.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cold Calling: Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce Kabs Technology Solutions products and services with the goal of generating interest and scheduling meetings for further discussion.

  2. Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads and decisionmakers within target industries and market segments. Utilize various sources such as online databases social media and industry publications to build a robust pipeline of prospects.

  3. Qualification: Assess the needs and requirements of potential clients to determine their suitability for our solutions. Gather relevant information and qualify leads based on established criteria.

  4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through ongoing communication and followup activities. Understand their challenges goals and pain points and position our offerings as solutions to address their needs effectively.

  5. Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts share insights and ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

  6. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all interactions activities and progress using CRM software. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities pipeline status and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales preferably in a technology or B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and objectionhandling skills.
  • Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field preferred.
