Key Responsibilities:

The Sales and Service Manager will be responsible for delivering the companys service objectives including technical services monitoring inventory operations management and managing sales teams. Ensure customer satisfaction and effective communication manage supplier contracts and work closely with the marketing department to improve service sales.

The Sales and Service Manager will also ensure efficient job delivery follow safety standards and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs. He or She will manage budgets receive payments and develop debt recovery strategies and perform any other duties assigned.

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Electromechanical Engineering or in related fields.
  
• Minimum 15 years relevant experience in technical and inventory management; 10 of which must be in a managerial capacity.
  
• Strong proficiency in MS Office
  
• Strong financial acumen
  
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
  
• Client and result oriented
  
• Good analytical and negotiation skills
  
• Strong team management
  
• Must be quality and safety minded
