The successful employee will be a key representative of the companys sales/commercial team responsible for initiating and maintaining contact with distributors and clients

Position: Sales Representative/Commercial Technician

Location: Granada Spain

Employment type: Fulltime

Remuneration: Base salary commissions


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers via the phone email and face to face
  • Search for new clients and business opportunities
  • In charge of developing the sale of tires
  • Analyze the needs of assigned clients identifying technical training and economic needs and providing support at the level of pricespurchases promotions sales and especially the technical characteristics of the products
  • Prospecting and attracting new clients making personal visits to clients and potential clients for at least 80% of your time.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other departments the management of assigned accounts in relation to credit billing logistics marketing aftersales and any other activity that is required to maintain a good commercial relationship including monitoring payments and debts
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling products or services
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluency Spanishand English
  • B category driving license
  • 4 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success is required
  • Experience in the tire or automotive spare parts sector (Aftersales) desired.
  • Ability to work independently drives own personal performance takes ownership of training and skill enhancement seeks continuous quality improvement
  • Strong interpersonal skills excellent oral written and verbal business communication skills
  • Achievement and successdriven personality motivated by performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strategic sales leadership and strong crossbusiness collaboration
  • Solid time management skills
  • Passion for the automotive industry
