Join the Viega team as a Sales Representative in Montreal Quebec where you'll drive market growth by securing new business relationships with wholesalers and contractors. What You Will Do

The Sales Representative is an entry level role that involves covering sales in an assigned territory with a focus on wholesale distributor branches and small to midsized contractor accounts. Responsibilities include executing sales and marketing strategies organizing promotional activities like product demonstrations and maintaining pointofpurchase displays and achieving results in metropolitan areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and introduce new products to assigned wholesale distributor branch locations.
  • Accountable for product training demonstrations counter days trade shows and lead management.
  • Receive leads from trade shows or other sources; prioritize leads inorderto make contact and follow up on resulting opportunities.

Who You Are

You possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills. You build strong relationships and are communicative. You are organized and can work both independently and collaboratively. You also have a knack to analyze and understand market trends.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years product sales experience preferred.
  • Valid and Active Driver’s License required
  • Excellent communication skills including written verbal listening and public speaking.
  • Selfmotivated; able to function autonomously and as a team player.
  • Ability to interpret and forecast changes in contractor and wholesaler buying patterns and product requirements.
  • Knowledge of computer programs including but not limited to Microsoft Word Excel and Outlookb PowerPoint SAP and CRM.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. College degree is strongly preferred.
  • May be required to travel up to 40% of the time.
