We are actively searching for a motivated and resultsdriven Sales Representative to join our vibrant team. This essential role is focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth serving as the face of our company to prospective clients and playing a vital role in our organizations success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients through research networking and coldcalling to grow a robust pipeline.
  • Product Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations and demos to introduce our products/services to prospective clients.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through effective communication and followups.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends making datadriven recommendations.
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts terms and prices with clients while sustaining profitable margins.
  • CrossSelling and Upselling: Identify opportunities for selling additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Sales Reports: Generate and present regular reports on sales metrics opportunities and threats.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and customer service to improve the overall customer experience and product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales:
    • 1 years for Junior roles
    • 3 years for SemiSenior roles
    • 5 years for Senior roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a high degree of selfmotivation.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced competitive environment.
  • Experience in our specific industry is a plus but not required.

It would be much appreciated:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Proficient in using CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot.
