Job Description: SR & SSR
1 Sales Generation through Daily market working (Complying the norms TC/PC Order Collection Bill
preparation).
2 Ensure to achieve Primary and secondary sales target ( Monthly/QTRLY/ANNUALLY).
3 Sales generation and monitoring of Distributor Sales Man.
4 Planning of Proper Beat/Route aligning with DB for secondary.
5 Generating Sale through the Salesman of DB with daily review mechanism.
6 Scheme regularization in the market (ensuring the Primary & Secondary schemes are pass on to
Retailers / Whole Sales).
7 Ensuring the Companies Products Visibility in the assigned market & utilization of POP materials and
conduct promotional activities.
8 Take initiative/planning for New Products Launches.
9 Attendance SR to be present in for minimum 22 days Retailing (Field Work) in the market physically.
10 Ensuring New DB appointment & Proper market launches with the help of seniors.
11 Ensure timely submission of distributors delivery report.
12 Ensure timely submission of DB stock & stock analysis.
