We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sourcing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate market excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record of successful property sourcing. As a Real Estate Sourcing Manager you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing lucrative real estate opportunities to support our companys growth objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Real Estate Business Finance or related field. Masters degree or professional certifications is a plus.
Proven experience as a Real Estate Sourcing Manager or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of real estate markets valuation methods and investment analysis.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Exceptional analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in real estate software and tools.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
