My client is looking for an experienced Sales Progressor to join their AwardWinning market leading and multibranch Estate Agent who are committed to consistently delivering a high standard of performance service and advice to all customers.

The Sales Progressor will be tenacious accurate driven and committed – be an excellent communicator and relationship builder who has an intricate knowledge of the sales progression process.

The successful candidate will have a passion to be part of the sales process from the moment the sale has agreed through to exchange and completion. This is a paramount role which is built on relationships trust and clear communication.

Job role will include:

Guiding the customer through every step of the after sales process
Liaising with mortgage brokers surveyors and conveyancers
Updating all parties and managing the process in an efficient manner
Delivering a firstclass customer experience

Do you have what it takes

12 years industry experience
Excellent knowledge of the after sales & conveyancing process
Good communicator
Exceptional organisation
The ability to solve problems with good attention to detail
