The opportunity

Were currently looking for a Sales Planning & Internal Cars Manager. Someone to join our Sales team in order to drive our business ahead. Someone with a passion for electric mobility an interest in technology and a desire to create the change we know is needed.

This position is located in Zrich Switzerland. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work knowing that both inperson collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. What matters most is that people get the time and support to do what needs to be done. And to enjoy doing it of course.

The responsibilities

In this role youll work closely with the local and global Sales and Logistics teams to drive the business forward. See below for a more thorough breakdown of the various tasks and areas youll be responsible for:

  • Develop forecasts sales analysis and KPI reports to communicate actionable insights to the Head of Sales
  • Proactively participate in the sales efforts with identifying trends and proposing improvements in case of deviations
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to provide insights and recommendations
  • Work closely with headquarters respective functions to ensure alignment
  • Assume full responsibility of the internal car park (Demonstration vehicles benefit cars courtesy cars and more) constantly redesigning and improving the handling and defleeting processes while ensuring best customer experience and company requirements are perfectly aligned

The ideal candidate

In order to succeed in this role and at Polestar in general there are a few characteristics youll need to have. Collaborative. Flexibility. Curiosity. The ability to take the initiative to meet deadlines and requirements and to abandon ideas when theyre not feasible. Furthermore you are structured datadriven with a quantitative problemsolving approach as well as being creative ambitious analytical and someone who loves actions rather than words.

In addition youll need the following qualifications:

  • 5 years experience in the Automotive Industry particularly in the Swiss used car market
  • A higher education degree preferably within Business or similar
  • Fluency in German and English; French proficiency is advantageous
