Purpose of the role:
Responsible creating designing and maintaining sales related reports to ensure the Group sales teams are efficient datadriven and strategically aligned.
To bring structure and improvements crucial for achieving sales strategic goals targets and outcomes.
Skills and competencies required:
5 plus years of experience in a same or similar position.
Responsibilities:
Responsible creating designing and maintaining sales related reports to ensure the Group sales teams are efficient datadriven and strategically aligned.
To bring structure and improvements crucial for achieving sales strategic goals targets and outcomes.
Skills and competencies required:
- Microsoft SQL Server MySQL
- SharePoint Power BI
- CRM System use i.e. Sales Force ConnectWise Solar Winds
- Probing and analytical approach
- Organised and methodical.
5 plus years of experience in a same or similar position.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales forecasting planning and budgeting.
- Proactively monitor and maintain high quality and accurate reporting.
- Ensure deadlines are adhered to and met across the Group.
- Use tools to validate the pipeline to ensure accurate numbers and not probability numbers.
- Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports essential to the sales team.
- Design and create sales related reports.
- Engagement with stakeholders to guide them towards appropriate and accurate data collection.
- Develop and design datasets for complex reporting
- Interrogation of data and reports in order to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure system setup is done in a way that will provide the information required by the Group.
- Create and maintain dashboard for all sales related activities.
- Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement
- Recommend revisions to existing reports and/or assist in developing new reporting tools as needed.
- Coordinate training delivery to sales sales management and sales support.
