Sales Operations Specialist

We are currently in search of a fulltime Sales Operations Specialist at Droppery.

As a recent graduate with a high level of energy and a strong inclination towards sales youre ready to join our Sales team in the role of Sales Operations Specialist. Your responsibilities will include providing support for the functional aspects of the Sales department. If youre an organized gogetter in search of an exciting and dynamic position we invite you to join our expanding team!

Requirements

What youll be responsible for:

• Provide administrative support to members of the Sales department;
• Process orders and payments from clients and partners;
• Answer and route inbound calls from existing customers;
• Prepare reports to monitor and boost efficiency and streamline daily operations;
• Manage sales projects as required.

What youll bring to the team:

• Experience in an administrative or sales support role;
• Stellar time management and organisation skills;
• Full working proficiency in Dutch (and English) language skills;
• Obsessive attention to detail;
• Excellent multitasking skills with a penchant for problemsolving.

Even better if you have but not necessary:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management Information Systems or related field.
