Job Description

A Sales Operations Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing and leading a team of sales representatives or customer service agents within the organization. The responsibilities include a range of tasks aimed at driving sales performance achieving revenue goals and ensuring the success of the sales team.

Shift: Night Shift (Shifting) MondaySunday operations; 8AM7PM EST with flexibility
Work setup: Onsite Ortigas

  • Proven leadership in a call center sales role (35 years)
  • Successful management of sales or service teams
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication abilities

  • Strong analytical organizational and multitasking skills

Team Relationship Management and Budget Management:

  • Maintain primary daytoday contact with the PullAPart team to ensure performance metrics are met.
  • Address concerns and ensure high levels of performance and attendance.
  • Collaborate to enhance the effectiveness of hourly scheduling and service levels.
  • Assist in the development of staff budgets and manage resources effectively.
  • Monitor expenses/billing and ensure the team operates within budgetary constraints.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead motivate and manage a team of sales and service professionals.
  • Provide guidance coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their sales skills and overall performance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment and maintain excellent attendance and service levels.

Performance Management and Monitoring:

  • Monitor and analyze individual and team performance against sales targets.
  • Implement performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Provide regular feedback and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Maintain modify and ensure scheduling adherence & performance.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance forecasts and team member productivity.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and areas of success.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance the skills of sales team members.
  • Ensure that team members are knowledgeable about products/services and market regulations.
  • Foster continuous learning and professional development within the team.

Sales Effectiveness & Coaching:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies and coaching plans to improve performance.
  • Continuously improve closing rates for car buying and promotional effectiveness for retail sales.

Conflict Resolution:

  • Address conflicts and challenges within the sales and service team.
  • Work to resolve issues and maintain a positive and productive team dynamic.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to align strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and ensure a cohesive approach to sales initiatives.
