Within Fluidra the EMEA Mass Market Group designs and markets pool solutions (including: pool cleaners connected water care sensors maintenance accessories and above ground pool) for the self service channels. These customers include large pan European accounts focused on Do It Yourself home improvement (Leroy Merlin Bauhaus Castorama) Hypermarkets (Al Campo Carrefour) and Ecommerce (Amazon). We are present all over Europe with a model blending central coordination and expertise (based near Bilbao/Barcelona) and local field teams in the countries where we operate.

Mission:

You will be fully integrated into the Italy central Sales team. You will interact closely with key account managers as well as Italy based field sales teams and/or partners and/or Customers. We expect this role to add value to the business thanks to disciplined analysis and best in class support of our ecommerce partners.

Your responsibilities:

The role focuses on supporting sales activities in 3 critical areas:

• In store: Monitor point of sale activity analyze sell in and sell out by store and transform the analysis into recommendations (with support of sales leaders)
• Digital: Review online content of key customers and secure best in class implementation product and brand content
• Competition: Prepare analysis of competitive environment and promotional actions

Other ad hoc tasks might be included depending on business needs and intern skills.

To succeed in this role youll need a positive attitude and the following:

• Student in a Business School or University Masters Degree Curriculum.

• English is mandatory for this internship (advanced level)
• You are proficient with Excel (for the analysis part) and Powerpoint (to communicate efficiently in an international setting)
• You are a team player not afraid of numbers and with an intuition for what delivers a strong user experience in store and online.

Location: Mungia (15km from Bilbao)

Duration: 4 months starting on April

This is a paid internship stipend depends on experience
