Sales Operations Assistant

My client is a renowned name in the diamond jewelry industry comprising three distinguished brands with a strong global presence particularly in Europe and the UK. With significant growth in recent years they are committed to revolutionizing the industry as Europe's premier digitalfirst jewelry group.

The Role: My client seeking a dynamic individual to fill a dual role encompassing sales and operations. If you're passionate about jewelry sales and delivering exceptional customer service this opportunity is for you. Based at their new operations department 5 minutes from schiphol airport this is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing company. This is a brand new team and you will be the first person in the Netherlands to work in the operations team. Your manager is in the UK and can always be reached. 12 weeks training in the UK plus a further 2 weeks training onsite the Netherlands office. Support is there!

• Collaborate with management to maximize profits and exceed customer expectations.
• Contribute to enhancing departmental efficiency through teamwork and innovation.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries via phone email and live chat.
• Resolve product issues by liaising with the workshop team.
• Conduct regular stock takings and verify customer orders.
• Dispatch orders promptly and handle customer issues with tact and efficiency.

• Strong knowledge of jewellery especially diamonds.
• Experience in shipping domestic and international parcels.
• Customer service or workshoprelated background.
• Proficiency in computer software (Excel Word Outlook) and Gmail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• A positive attitude sense of humor and commitment to excellence.
• Organized ambitious and adept at following company guidelines.
• English and Dutch fluency another European language would be an advantage
