This is a remote position.


Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a vital part of our customer service department you will be responsible for efficiently managing sales inquiries frequently asked questions (FAQs) and various customer requests. Your primary duties will include responding to inquiries via email phone and other communication channels as well as providing assistance with order amendments and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
Replying to Sales Enquiries and FAQs:

  • Promptly respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding our products services and pricing.
  • Address frequently asked questions with clarity and professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction.
Typing (Dictation Notes):
  • Accurately transcribe dictation notes and ensure all relevant information is documented for followup and reference purposes.

Qualifying Quotes by Phone:
  • Engage with customers over the phone to understand their requirements and qualify quotes based on their needs and budget.

Answering Inbound Calls:
  • Handle inbound calls from customers in a courteous and efficient manner addressing their concerns and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Redirect calls to relevant departments or team members when necessary.

Order Amendments:

  • Assist customers with order amendments modifications or cancellations ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to facilitate smooth order management procedures.



Requirements

  • Experience using Microsoft Office 365 including proficiency in its applications.
  • Demonstrated typing proficiency of at least 60 words per minute.
  • Capable of making outbound calls with confidence to verify information with prospective clients.
  • Strong aptitude for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently in a fastpaced setting.
  • Polished telephone etiquette and outstanding written communication abilities.
