Job Description Identify the key markets and customers and evaluates the potential for maintenance sales. Accordingly propose tactics to generate and develop maintenance sales. Develop strong relationship with clients. Responsible in getting new maintenance contracts and secure existing contracts. Review and document soon to be expired contracts for renewal process. Prepare quotations according to customer enquiry for maintenance parts repairs and modernization. To work with a team of service engineers and technicians to manage service sales fulfillment. Manage assigned sales territory and successfully meets or exceed the target budget. Any other duties assigned by the Management.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities Basic Technical Knowledge of Elevators & Escalators Excellent Computer Literacy i.e. knowledge in Microsoft Office etc. Convincing Skill Fluency in Nepali Hindi English language Two wheeler with a valid license Proactive and goal oriented approach Familiarity with CRM software is plus. Ability to maintain and build client relationship.

Qualification/Experience 1 to 2 years experience in sales Elevator lift Maintenance /construction/ architect industry/ builder/ real sector required Masters or Bachelors Degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
