Why IntelloHire Pvt Ltd
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven exentrepreneur/ business person to oversee our global sales operations. As the earlystage founding member you will be responsible for strategizing and executing outbound sales/marketing initiatives to grow the business. You will lead a team of dedicated sales professionals and customer success and work closely with crossfunctional teams (Marketing/ Tech) to grow overall business while also ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any productrelated escalations.

What will I do
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy that aligns with Intellohires growth objectives.
  • Lead and manage a highperforming sales team providing guidance coaching and mentorship to achieve sales quotas and targets.
  • Identify and target potential customers primarily in the US/UK market through cold calling prospecting and networking.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decisionmakers and founders of staffing agencies to understand their needs and present Intellohires value proposition.
  • Conduct negotiations close deals and ensure smooth contract processing.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and drive demandgeneration efforts.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer escalations and issues addressing concerns on a casebycase basis.
  • Analyze market trends competitive landscape and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in sales strategies and product offerings.

What skills should I have
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Ready to work in US Shift (8 pm 5 am)
  • Ready to relocate to Gurugram
  • Min 6 months of experience in the US Market in Lead Generation and Cold Calling
  • Proven track record of success in a global sales role within the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Extensive experience in outbound sales including cold calling lead generation and deal closure.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strategic thinker with a customercentric approach and the ability to understand and address customer pain points.
  • Analytical mindset capable of using data to drive sales strategies and decisions.
  • Willingness to work in a fastpaced dynamic startup environment.
