We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales/Moving Consultant to join our team in the moving and storage industry. The successful candidate will have 13 years of experience in telephone sales and objection handling with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Job Description:
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls to and close sales
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers providing exceptional customer service
  • Use objectionhandling techniques to overcome customer concerns and close sales
  • Meet and exceed sales targets consistently
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives

Your Epic Journey & Schedule:

Initial Training & Work Schedule:
  • Kickoff with 20 hours a week for the first month.
  • Mondays and Fridays: Five into 6 hours of training (10 AM 4 PM).
  • Saturdays and Sundays: 4 hours of learning the ropes (9 AM 1 PM) with a seamless move into live calls and sales.
  • Role play becomes your morning ritual every weekday at 8:30 AM and weekends at 9:15 AM.
Schedule: Level Up
  • After 30 days power up to 30 hours per week:
    • Monday and Tuesday: Embark on 5hour quests from 9 AM to 2 PM.
    • Friday: 4hour adventures from 9 AM to 1 PM.
  • Weekends continue with 8hour marathons.
  • After 60 days unlock the fulltime schedule:
    • Full 8hour days from 11 AM to 7 PM on Monday Tuesday & Friday.
    • Saturday and Sunday 9 AM to 5PM

Requirements

Job Qualifications:
  • 13 years of experience in telephone sales and objection handling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software preferably in Master Google Drive Slack Asana and Connect Team
  • High school diploma or equivalent some college preferred
  • Internet requirement: at least 100 Mbps or faster

1-3 years of experience in telephone sales and objection handling Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
