Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the market presence of
PWHT equipment
Build and nurture relationships with potential clients partners and industry
stakeholders.
Sales Initiatives
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Generating sales leads through strategic initiatives market research and cultivating
strong relationships with potential clients
Client Relationship Management
Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients understanding their needs and
ensuring satisfaction.
Address client inquiries concerns and provide pre and postsales support.
Market Analysis
Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and potential areas
for growth.
Utilize market insights to adjust sales and marketing strategies accordingly.
Marketing Campaigns
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote PWHT equipment leveraging both
online and offline channels.
Develop compelling promotional materials to attract new clients
Trade Shows and Events
Represent the company at industry trade shows conferences and events
Coordinate and participate in promotional activities to enhance brand visibility
Sales Reporting and Analysis
Prepare regular sales reports analyze performance metrics and provide insights for
continuous improvement.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Team Management
Oversee and motivate the sales team setting clear targets and providing guidance to
ensure the achievement of revenue goals
Conducting regular sales training sessions and fostering a collaborative and high
performance team culture
Lead the sales team in achieving individual and collective sales goals.
