Overview:

The Sales & Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in driving the companys revenue growth by developing and executing sales and marketing strategies. They are responsible for identifying potential clients nurturing customer relationships and promoting the companys products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet company objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to expand the companys network
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to track performance
  • Provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities to the management
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors activities
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing budgets and forecasts
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and sales pipelines

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in sales or marketing roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools
  • Understanding of market research and analysis techniques
  • Customer service orientation and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients or attend events
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges
