Job Role:
Achieving the specified targets & increasing the market share with PAN India responsibility
Retaining existing Key Accounts and developing new ones
Independently managing & increasing the business and develop new business opportunities in view to maximize sales
To formulate and implement weekly sales plan and build relationships with customers
To generate leads through personal visits internet telephone promotional activities
Set up meetings with customers and understand the need discuss potential leads with manager and seek inputs to
qualify the lead
Selection & sizing of the product offerings to the customer
Prepare a sales quote and discussing same with the customer and handling customer queries; Update sales quotes
and seek guidance on deal closure
Technocommercial discussions & negotiations with customer
To liaise with other departmental function like manufacturing engineering projects purchase commercial etc to
ensure effective customer communication
Follow up on pending receivables
Gather understanding of competitor market and industry trends in the territory in order to stay competitive in the
market
Implementing territory management & segmentation approach for better market reach
Candidate Profile:
B.E Chemical (preferred) or B.E Mechanical
About 10 years of experience in field sales of process equipment sales (like agitators / mixers / process equipment
skids / vacuum dryers / filtration & drying systems / process pumps and heat exchangers).
Sales experience to Pharmaceutical Cosmetics Toiletries Personal Care Products and like industries.
Sales & negotiation skills technical acumen good communication decent presentation teamwork.
