Sales Manager

The salary for this position is annual and will be commensurate with experience. The company offers a competitive salary package including health insurance retirement plans and vacation time.

• Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to increase revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide coaching and training as needed.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Essential Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales or sales management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
  • Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills.
• Desired Experience:
  • Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
