About the Company


Our Client is a wellestablished leader in fire protection systems serving customers across multiple industries.


Responsibilities


We re looking for a proactive and driven Sales Manager to oversee and lead a sales team spearheading sales drives.

  • Drive team performance and revenue growth through the creation and implementation of sales strategies and plans aligned with company goals;
  • Foster team achievement and motivation guiding towards surpassing sales objectives with direct mentorship and skill development;
  • Spearhead business growth through the identification and cultivation of new prospects coupled with the reinforcement of enduring customer alliances;
  • Lead client engagement efforts including presentations and demonstrations;
  • Take charge of full sales cycle from lead generation to closure emphasizing procedural efficiency and client customization;
  • Coordinate with technical staff to ensure client proposals are precisely tailored to specific requirements;
  • Analyse market dynamics and competitive landscape to uncover growth avenues and refine sales tactics;
  • Guide the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies targeted at identified opportunities;
  • Conduct and lead discussions on contractual terms with clients aiming for alignment with organizational standards and cooperation with legal and financial frameworks.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant sales or account management experience;
  • Experience working with engineering products including fire suppression systems and products;
  • Indepth knowledge of competition and ability to apply competing successful strategies;
  • Proactive excellent team player and customer focused;
  • Excellent time management and ability to work well in a team;
  • Able to deliver clientfocused solutions based on customer needs;
  • Detailoriented with the ability to multitask;
  • Excellent listening negotiation and presentation skills.
