What we are looking for

We are seeking a highly ambitious individual specializing in B2B enterprise sales with a focus on delivering software solutions to enterprise clients across Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to ascend to a regional sales leadership role within a global software company.


What does the job involve

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base across specified regions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal including initial contact presentation negotiation closing and postsales support.
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships with executive and Csuite teams of large corporations.
  • Partner with internal technical teams such as product managers to customize sales presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop new sales strategies and enhance existing offerings.
  • Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking gatherings.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record of managing the entire sales process for major enterprise clients particularly in Egypt Kenya Nigeria and South Africa.
  • Demonstrated expertise in selling advanced technical software products including solutions for digital transformation such as customer experience platforms cybersecurity and AI technologies.
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate with technically oriented internal teams (e.g. product managers) to customize sales presentations and demonstrations according to client requirements.
  • Extensive experience in engaging with executive and Csuite teams of large corporations within Africa.
