Role Description:
1. Leading sales team to achieve monthly / yearly sales targets
2. Client Management Negotiations and concluding sales orders
3. Generating leads demonstrating products and tracking progress on leads till conclusion
4. Communicating with customers making outbound calls to potential customers following up on
leads.
5. Understanding customer s needs and identifying sales opportunities.
6. Develop & implement innovative sales & marketing strategies across multiple channels
7. Analyse trends data demographics pricing strategies and other information that can potentially
improve marketing and sales performance.
8. Use alternative & collaborative thinking to generate and realize sales lead.
9. Performance monitoring of team & working on continuous improvement in performance.
10. Meticulous planning & excellent execution

Salary: Negotiable depending upon candidate profile & suitability.
Higher salary can be considered for result oriented candidates.
Important Notes:Job commitment for minimum 1 year duration.

Education/Experience

Educational qualification & experience profile:
MBA / M.Tech / B.Tech having 4 8 years of experience in the field of Concept / Software selling Client
Relations Management Project Management Development & Implementation of sales strategy Strong
MIS and analytical skills to achieve business growth targets.
