JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your mission is to drive new business growth by hunting and acquiring new clients in need of our software development services. With a focus on expanding our clientele you will leverage your 35 years of experience in softwarerelated services sales to identify opportunities develop relationships and close deals contributing significantly to our revenue and market presence.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client base in the software development services industry.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients understanding their software development needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services highlighting how our software solutions meet client needs.
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal ensuring a smooth transition to the project management team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience specializing in sales or selling IT services Sales Analysis Market Analysis Market Research or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent listening negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Ability to communicate present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization including executive and Clevel
