At R. Franco Digital were looking for a Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team in driving the growth of our digital products. If youre passionate about technology and have experience in sales and customer service we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive the growth of digital product sales.
  • Identify business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that drive lead generation and increase visibility of digital products.
  • Analyze and understand the digital market to identify trends opportunities and competitive threats.
  • Prepare sales reports track KPIs and deliver presentations for senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals to ensure successful sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as product development and customer service to ensure effective delivery and a positive customer experience.
  • Participate in trade fairs conventions and conferences to promote marketing and sales events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree preferably in Sales and Marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience of at least 2 or 3 years in a B2B sales and customer service in the online/digital sector.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish trusting and collaborative relationships with key clients.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other internal departments.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to find creative solutions to challenges that arise.
  • High level of motivation and commitment to achieving sales and client retention objectives.
  • High level of English.

Valuable high level of Portuguese

  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Orientation to results.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the gaming and betting sector will be a plus.
