Overview: As a Sales Manager you will play a crucial role in driving the sales strategy and revenue growth of the organization. You will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team implementing effective sales strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to drive performance and exceed targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with potential clients
  • Negotiate and close major deals while maintaining a strong sales pipeline
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling sales materials and campaigns
  • Utilize CRM software to track analyze and report on sales performance
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing training and coaching to the sales team
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and budgets
  • Participate in industry events conferences and networking opportunities
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in the sales landscape
  • Manage key customer accounts and relationships
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of the products and services
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field; Masters degree is a plus
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing a highperforming sales team
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and generate meaningful reports
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and problemsolving skills
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop effective sales plans
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Understanding of market trends and effective sales techniques
  • Willingness to travel as needed
