Business Manager Key Responsibilities (Job Description)
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
To ensure that all sales executives exceed the sales targets provided to them.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Understand Annual Sales Plan from Superior and cascade it to geographywise plans
Report for review with the management team for analysis and approval of the action plan
Help the team to complete the Daily Sales Report (DSR)
Support the Team Members to get desired Leads per day and Check the feedback
Identify potential customers and register opportunities & Providing the same to Sales Executive
Help in generating Leads Via Digital platform PDP and Cold Calling
Improve leads closures by coordinating with other teams
Create the data base for all influencer i.e. Contractors & Architectures
Consistently be in touch and follow the same to get the sales
Providing all attractive scheme or any other Benefits and Motivate all and arrange promotional activities with Influencers
Personally visit all influencers/ Phone calls
Regular visits /Interactions with old/New Influencers and submit feedback reports to sales coordinators
Create the data base through market mapping with market size and availability of total Dealers
Create the awareness in same areas through all PPA activities and with the help of influencer
To Cover or Reach for Zero Sales Area or Blank Areas to shortlist new dealers
Regularly visiting all Channel Partners and Motivate them to achieve sales targets
Maintaining a positive trend in the Dealer Market Share
Coordinate with the Sales Executives and execute the scheduled meeting plan.
All arrangements to be done related to the promotional activity
Responsible for conducting the mason consumer and engineers meet.
Actively engage with all initiatives implemented by Head Unit
