Position Overview: As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team ensuring the achievement of sales targets and maintaining the highest standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management particularly within the credit repair industry.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within a call center setting preferably in the credit repair industry.
  • Must have a basic understand of the basic conditions of employment
  • Must have experience in disciplinary enquires
  • Proven track record of success in sales management performance management and team leadership.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to motivate coach and develop team members.
  • Proficiency in data management CRM systems and lead tracking.
  • Indepth knowledge of credit repair products listed on clients credit reports advantages.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent excel and reporting skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment.
  • Bachelors degree Advantages
  • Must have Matric Certificate with a bachelors pass
  • Must have a clear criminal record

Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives in a highvolume call center environment.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Formulate comprehensive strategies aligned with the companys overall objectives market trends and customer needs. Regularly assess the effectiveness of existing strategies and make necessary adjustments to maximize results.
  • Utilize expertise in credit repair products listed on clients credit reports to guide the sales team.
  • Team leadershipProvide effective leadership to the sales team including setting clear goals providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Sales managementOversee the sales teams activities including setting targets monitoring performance and implementing effective sales techniques. Identify new business opportunities and market segments to expand the customer base and increase sales revenue
  • Manage data of leads effectively and ensure proper utilization of CRM systems.
  • Market analysisConduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends competitive threats and new growth opportunities. Use this information to adjust sales and marketing strategies and stay ahead of market dynamics
  • Oversee cold calling campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and individual growth.
  • Implement strategies on recruitment drives staff retentions and how eliminate poor time keeping and attendance
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and achieve overall company objectives.
