Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in the environmental services division.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients industry partners and stakeholders to identify business opportunities.
• Oversee the planning execution and delivery of environmental services projects ensuring adherence to budget timeline and quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering and operations teams ensuring the successful implementation of environmental solutions.
• Recruit train and mentor a highperforming team of professionals with diverse skills and expertise.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Environmental Science or related field.
• Proven track record of leadership and success in developing and delivering environmental solutions particularly in pneumatic handling and ash handling.
• Strong business acumen with experience in strategic planning business development and project management.
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams drive performance and foster a culture of excellence.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations compliance requirements and industry standards.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Proficient in English.
