Some of the key responsibilities of this exciting new role:

Further developing and nurturing existing relationships with potential clients including real estate developers agents property managers etc.

Taking thorough briefs from potential clients and completing project proposals including commercial details site analysis

Thorough understanding of the clients requirements and producing accurate proposals for them including CapEx and OpEx

Project managing the process from enquiry to contract completion including negotiations tender process

Technical ability: understanding and considering MEP systems gym floor plans analysis and presentationsof CAD designs

Managing procurement process and relationships with suppliers

Providing constant and valuable insight and support throughout all stages of project delivery

About you:

You must have very strong commercial/ financial acumenand with a proven track record in a similar role

You ideally have senior fitness industry experience and a strong knowledge and passion for the field

Project Management/ Technical prowess is very important: MEP systems gym floor plans analysis and presentations of CAD designs are all ideal experiences from the preferred candidate

Presentation confidence communication relationship buildingis extremely important and proven ability to perform this with key stakeholders

Tenacious proactive and hungry to thrive in a start up/ legacy based environment is a must
