Location Baroda Gujarat

main role and responsibilities
Responsibility for sales to the Indian market
Sales realization profit & loss responsibility for the distribution network.
Establish sales strategy goals and implement follow up on action plans for successful growth
Grow business in defined product and customer segments
Build strong and longlasting relations with customers
Increase market share in India at the right profit level
Regular reporting and coordination of sales meetings
Provide budget plus forecast booking and billing reporting for the implementation of strategic sales and product planning

Selfdriven and strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish and develop business relationships.
At least 78 years of experience in Sales preferably mixed with Technical sales combined at Management level. Process Instrumentation sales experience is preferred.
Proven track record for working with multinational companies and successfully closing business deals.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to efficiently communicate in English and experience with MS Office and ERP is essential.
Ability to simultaneously manage several projects and motivate teams under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of effective Channel sales techniques.
Willing and able to travel within India

Education

University degree in B Tech Instrumentation/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering & optional Business Administration or similar.
