Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to enhance distribution channels and achieve sales targets of an established Dairy brand. This role involves planning and executing marketing activities maintaining effective communication with customers. Will oversee coordination with the distribution team.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop various channels to enhance sales and distribution.
Plan and execute marketing and promotion activities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective strategies and initiatives.
Plan and execute marketing strategies in alignment with organizational objectives.
Implement market communication activities as per the marketing plan.
Communicate the value proposition of the organization to potential customers.
Research clients and markets to identify opportunities for sales growth.
Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
Design relevant events in markets and execute sales campaigns to maximize outreach.
Plan product placement in key outlets to enhance visibility and sales.
Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure effective supply chain management.
Train delivery personnel to expand their network and generate leads.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
57 years of experience in sales. Background of FMCG or handling Sales in a similar product domain is preferred.
Energetic and enthusiastic candidate with a passion for sales.
Proven ability in team management and leadership.
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
Understanding of accounts and budgeting principles for effective sales planning and execution.
